The Adventures of Jack in Dreamland

click here to see more pictures. Jack and Jill go up the hill to check the sky for UFOs. A space ship lands. Space aliens invite Jack to Planet Blop, a dream country. Pilot Twinkle drives the ship and Captain Dream plays the host as Jack stumbles into a cosmic situation.
Womens’ Hockey Tournament, Kangirsuk

click here to see more pictures. Kangirsujuaq won the gold medal at the Womens’ Ungava Hockey Tournament. Tasiujaq won the silver and Kangirsuk won the bronze medals.
Ungava Cup Junior’s Championship Celebrations, Kangirsuk

click here to see more pictures. March 5, the firetruck drove the Kangirsuk Canadiens around the village in a victory celebration parade. Later that evening, a community dinner was held at the community center.
Kangirsuk Wins Junior Ungava Bay Cup

click here to see more pictures. Kangirsuk won the Junior’s Ungava Bay Cup Championship on March 2, 2009 in the final gold medal game against Kangirsuaq. Kangirsuaq won the silver and Kuujjuaq the bronze.
